My line was in the water
The bait was on the hook
I was begging for a bite the seventh time it struck
It's really something awful, man, I can't believe my luck
It stung my stomach and my chest
I think I've had enough
When the moon is full I stumble through the fog
Chase my tail around in circles like a dog
Unaware of those I meet out in the night
So beware because I might just take a bite
And the light in my eyes is a sign of the times
Say goodbye to my mind as higher I climb
And I'm not going blind but my sight liquifies
With incisors the size of the spiders and flies
My time is getting shorter
My head is on the block
My teeth are getting longer now but who's watching the clock?
It's really getting painful, man, it's burning up my guts
But if one strike was meant to kill
It would have been enough
